Mangled my wheels. Dont even know what to say really. Other discount tires I've used have been great.... this one not so much.

Gave me a shitty tire or sum... Didn't notice till couple days later but whatever... Now it's a month after and I just detailed the car and am pissed. Will never get a tire here again. Tread is fine and all but terrible look.

Cool new Discount Tires with a drive-thru for air check and check-in ✅. I stopped by for Road Force Balancing which is the most premium tire balance you can get. It's $21 per tire if you didn't purchase your tires from Discount Tires. Road Force Balancing cannot counter things like flat spots from storage or bad tires unfortunately. I've tried dynamic balancing at Walmart which is pretty good, but I'm still noticing a slight vibration at 80mph. Since i noticed this brand-new Discount Tires, I decided to give it a spin, and now my Suburban rides so smooth 🛞 😎

Update: I went there 3 times for the alignment. It wasn’t successful for the first 2. They fixed it but not exactly. My car is still going to the right side. I went there for the 3rd time. They told me that after another car was being aligned, they were going to fix my car. Then another came in and then another. The guy over there told me I will fix your car. After 1 hour I went inside and asked, he told me that I need to check the other cars, I may check your car. He changed his mind and attitude. I left there without a solution. Not recommending here till they solve my problem

What an enthusiastic group of guys who truly go out of their way to help customers. I’ve been here twice now, and each time they’ve been incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. One of the managers even took extra time to help me find a programming tool for my increased tire size setup. That level of service really stands out. Highly recommend!
